Appointment Policy

  1. A $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments
  2. Deposit applied toward total service
  3. 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling


Late / No-Show

  1. Late cancellations: 20% of service charge
  2. No-shows: 100% of service charge
  3. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may result in a shortened or canceled service


Payments & Refunds

  1. All services are non-refundable
  2. Deposits are non-refundable
  3. Packages & prepaid services are final sale


Consent Reminder

  1. By booking, you agree to all policies
  2. By receiving services, you confirm respectful and appropriate behavior


Professional Conduct

 We maintain a strictly professional environment:

  1. No inappropriate behavior
  2. No sexual comments, gestures, or actions
  3. Service will be terminated immediately if violated
  4. Full service charge will apply
  5. Client will be refused future bookings

Treatment Consent

  2. Temporary redness, dryness, or breakouts may occur
  3. Multiple sessions may be required for best results
  4. Clients must disclose all medical conditions & medications
